At KentiQ, we’re used to working behind the scenes. Many of the projects we support take place in sensitive environments or under strict confidentiality, which is why you won’t find a long list of client names here.

The following project highlights represent a cross-section of our involvement in energy, offshore, and industrial settings. While every collaboration is unique, a few things remain consistent: a structured approach, focus on outcomes, and respect for the client’s internal setup.
In a project involving an incineration plant with over 25 years of operation, we managed renovation activities requiring detailed planning, coordination and safety oversight.
Critical components were dismantled for the first time in 25 years, new elements were fabricated off-site, and all parts were reassembled under strict compliance standards — with minimal downtime and continued environmental control during the process.
We supported the testing of a new renewable energy concept aimed at powering off-grid communities in transition countries.
The assignment included early-stage scoping, close collaboration with R&D stakeholders, and contributions to the system’s long-term feasibility and integration into local infrastructure. Our involvement helped identify potential deployment challenges and supported the decision-making process for future scale-up.
We contributed to the development and construction of a full-scale test stand for next-generation offshore wind turbine technology.
Our planning and overseeing involved coordinating suppliers, reviewing technical documentation, and ensuring the transition from detailed design to physical testing ran smoothly and safely. The test stand enabled validation of innovative design elements under real-world conditions.
On an EPCI project for two offshore substations (OSS), we acted as the communication link and layout coordinator between key stakeholders and technical teams.
This included aligning multiple engineering disciplines, managing layout consistency, and supporting the client’s engineering team in optimizing available space —
all while respecting structural constraints, tight schedules, and evolving interface requirements, without compromising safety or future accessibility.
